There have been several award-winning cars from Chrysler over the years, including the Chrysler Crossfire of 2006. There are three trim levels to the Crossfire, including SRT-6, Base, and Limited. The Limited version is one of the more popular options, outselling other configurations. Like in 2005 the popular 3.2 liter has made this a popular choice for coupe buyers nationwide.

2006 Chrysler Crossfire Limited Specs

The restyled Crossfire Limited is equipped with a 3.2-liter six-cylinder engine that utilizes 18 valves. The engine is mated to a Chrysler six-speed transmission. This has resulted in an increase in horsepower and torque over the 2005 version.

The 2006 Crossfire’s standard fuel system runs on gas. The fuel is regulated electronically, with a fuel-injected MFI style of design. The fuel capacity of the car is 15.90 gallons.

The front brakes are disc while the rear brakes are disc. Steering is handled through a power-steering gear-style configuration. The Crossfire uses power-assisted brakes, with 4-Wheel ABS support. Load balancing is provided by coil front springs and coil in the rear.
